Start with only 1-3 things to focus on and then as you get better you will learn how to apply what you learned to just about any new program or idea you want to succeed with. Once you decide what it is you want to focus on then you can start honing that focus. Fine tune it so to speak. Learn to do the things that will bring the object of your focus to the peak of success. For example automating as many of the daily tasks as possible, researching and gaining any knowledge needed to bring success in the area you have chosen, utilizing the power of a good viral site that will help you build your programs from one site, etc. So get started right now!
